HKU ATI and Tiandi Tech (HK) Establish Joint R&D Center for Intelligent Coal Industry Technologies
Advanced Technologies Institute (HKU ATI) jointly establish the CCTEG-HKU Joint R&D Center for Intelligent Technology with Tiandi Science & Technology (HK) Co. Ltd to establish . An MoU is signed on December 11, 2025, for the collaborating in areas such as joint research and development of key technologies for various intelligent robots required in the coal industry, the development of innovative products, talent recruitment and training, project incubation, market promotion, and commercialization. They hope to leverage each other's strengths through this cooperation.

CR-HKU Joint R&D Center for Intelligent Technology Established
The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and China Resources Research Institute of Science & Technology Co. Ltd have established the CR-HKU Joint R&D Center for Intelligent Technology. The MoU signing and opening ceremony was held on September 5, 2024, with Professor Ning Xi representing HKU, witnessed by Professor Max Shen and Professor David Srolovitz.
